When will my booking be confirmed?

We confirm bookings within 30 minutes via email or phone, typically in just 15-20 minutes.

PAYMENT

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, you can pay online in advance via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. On-site, we only accept cash (CZK or EUR).

Can I purchase more shots?

Yes, additional ammunition or weapons can be added directly at the range.

Is pre-payment required?

Yes, for outdoor shooting events a deposit is required to secure the range, equipment, transportation, and refreshments. Indoor events typically do not require a deposit unless for larger groups or busy weekends.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 30% of the price per person, but we often charge a flat fee of 150 EUR for every 5-10 shooters, depending on the total cost.

When is the balance paid?

The balance is paid at the shooting range. Please bring the exact amount, as we only accept cash (EUR).

Can I get an invoice with VAT?

Yes, but please inform us in advance if you need a VAT invoice for your company. After the event, invoices cannot be reissued due to tax regulations like reverse charge.

When can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund of your deposit.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed via PayPal or bank transfer. Depending on your bank, the refund should appear in your account within 3-4 business days.

Do I need a firearms licence to shoot?

No, our packages include instructor supervision, so a licence is not required.

Can I drink alcohol before or during shooting?

No, alcohol is prohibited before and during shooting. Plan your session at the start of your celebration if alcohol is involved.

How do I get to the range?

The outdoor range is 25 minutes from the city center, and transport is included in the price.

Can children shoot as well?

By law, children over 10 can shoot with a legal guardian. However, we recommend a minimum age of 12.

Can two people share one package?

No, packages cannot be shared. They are designed with skill progression in mind, starting with small calibers and advancing to larger ones.

Can I take photos and videos?
